We want you to love your hydration experience; if you are not satisfied, you can return unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Please note that for food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on waterdrop® Microdrinks or Microtea packs that have been opened.

Ensure your items are in their original packaging and that all seals on Microdrink boxes remain intact to qualify for a refund.

Contact our customer support team via the portal with your order number and the list of items you wish to return.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items and use the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to send the package back to our fulfillment center.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
